Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the cooked noodles and pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and cover with crushed potato chips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
